“Drain line for your main unit had become clogged over time. Float switch activated and cut the power to the unit. We had a great experience with AC Man during our initial purchase of the home in late 2023, so we chose them to come out and trouble shoot. Set a next day appt online and had a very good level of communication going into the afternoon appointment. Rey arrived during the selected window, introduced himself, and we talked about the symptoms we were experiencing. He got to work diagnosing and was quickly back with us that our drain line had become clogged. I contacted the AC Man who diagnosed the issue and cleared the condensate drain line flush and replaced the Ptrap. The issue was resolved and I haven’t had any issues thus far.
